So repeat the following statements in your mind, dwelling on each one, allowing it to draw your attention to the Love coming to you from God:
• God loves me most dearly
• I am God's beloved
• God loved me before time began
• God will love me for the rest of forever
• God loves my body, so wonderfully created
• God loves my personality, unique in all of time and space
• God loves me most dearly just the way I am
• God is thrilled that I am alive in this, God's world
• I am extremely important and precious to God
• God upholds me in honour
• I am held safely in God's tender loving care
• God understands me completely
• God understands everything I think
• God understands everything I do
• God understands my point of view about all situations
• God cares about all my troubles and problems, from the biggest to the smallest ones
• God comforts me, God supports me, God heals me
• God loves me so much and understands me so completely that God is never angry with me for anything I do
• God wants me to have wealth and abundance in my life because God loves me so dearly
• God wants me to have health and happiness in my life because God loves me so dearly
• God fills my life with blessings, and I appreciate them
